Walk backwards into the patient day as it rises over your shoulder into a glowing night. Good luck staying in the sun shadow red. Lean into the wind as you walk backward. And just keep smiling, breathing, smiling. I know that with the Feldenkrais practice, walking backwards is a healthy thing to do.
